We put a lot of thought into how to make the Hirschstube the ideal apartment for any dream holiday. Naturally, we drew on our own experience of staying in different apartments, which is why we decided that the accommodation we offer would include features such as plenty of cupboard space, a freezer, toaster, egg boiler, microwave and an oven, TV in all rooms… and, of course, an attractive décor. We know that you will enjoy your stay at the Hirschstube and we ask that you treat the property with care and respect so that others coming after you may enjoy it too! Please read this further information!
All prices quoted are for up to 4 people plus resort taxes and final cleaning. During the summer season the 5th and the 6th guests each pay 15 € per day. During the winter season the 5th guest pays 24 € per day, the 6th guest pays 20 € per day.
On FINAL confirmation of your booking at the Hirschstube (only valid in writing), we will require a deposit as specified in the booking confirmation (no charge to the recipient). This is payable by bank transfer to the following account:

Your booking is confirmed on receipt of the funds into our account.
Below is a summary of important details on our terms and conditions as well as other key information. However, should you have a particular query simply contact us and we will be only too pleased to help.
When making a reservation (accommodation contract) the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry (2006) shall apply. If there is any discrepancy between the price shown in the reservation confirmation and that published in our price list, the latter shall apply. We reserve the right to amend our prices or make changes to our offer at any time and accept no liability for printing or other errors.
Short stay supplement: for stays of up to and including 3 days, a supplement of 15 euros is added to the price per day for the apartment.
Prices do not include resort taxes. These are charged additionally at 2.20 euros per person per day in winter and 1.70 euros per person per day in summer. Children up to and including 15 are exempt.
Payment methods: deposits to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining balance including resort taxes to be paid by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival. Cleaning fee and any breakfast charges to be paid in cash to the Walser family on the evening before departure.
A buffet breakfast can be booked on request. A charge of 10 euros per person per day is made for this service.
We can also provide packed lunches - just ask a member of the Walser family and we will organise this for you.
No refunds will be issued for unused services (early departure, interruption of your stay etc).
We regret we are unable to offer child discounts.
A one-off charge for final cleaning will be made as follows: 15 euros per person and stay.
Pets are permitted in the apartment. A charge of 5 euros per animal day per day will be made.
Free WLAN internet access is available. Just ask a member of the Walser family for the current password.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 3 months before the planned arrival date. Cancellations made up to a month before arrival will be charged at 40%; those made up to a week before arrival at 70%. Cancellations made within a week of the planned arrival and ‘no shows’ will be charged at 90% of the accommodation price. The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (2006) apply. If fewer guests than expected take up the booking, the minimum price you will be charged will be the price per day for 4 people.
Holiday cancellation insurance: we recommend that guests take out private holiday cancellation insurance after completing their booking. This will cover cancellation costs in the event of an accident, sickness, or death of the insured or his immediate family before the start of or during the holiday. www.europaeische.at
Smoker – non-smoker? We would like to remind guests that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment but those wishing to smoke may do so on their covered balcony or terrace. Thank you for your understanding!
Arrival and departure: the apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Keys are obtainable from the Walser family. Please vacate the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure. If you are likely to arrive after 7pm, please telephone the family to let them know: 0043 5444 5784.
Parking: the outside car parking space no. 4 belongs to the Hirschstube. We can also accommodate parties arriving in several cars as there are ample spaces around the apartment. Just ask a member of the Walser family for details of the various parking options.
Arriving by train: the nearest railway station is Landeck/Zams, approx. 30 km (30 minutes) away.
Airports: Innsbruck (100 km), Zürich (200 km), Munich (250 km), Friedrichshafen (160 km).
“Alpentaxi” provide a round-the-clock taxi service. Call them on: 0043 5444 5757.
Ski bus: guests with a valid ski pass can use the ski bus free of charge. The bus, which operates a regular shuttle service direct to and from the cable car, stops approx. 250m from the apartment.
Other attractions: in addition to skiing there are plenty of other things to see and do in this area. A selection of brochures and leaflets is available at the entrance to the building – just help yourself!
